Jon Snow and his flame-haired lover Ygritte hiding out in their cave beyond the wall.
With only 3 days to go until the new season, I bet Game of Thrones is on your mind and you’re excited to see the new stories unfold. Now I’m sure we’ve all watched Game of Thrones thinking, “What would it be like if these characters were in the real world with us? What if Ned Stark has to take out the trash like the rest of us? What if Sansa had to go to school?” Some people have taken these thoughts one step further and created some amazing videos showing Game of Thrones characters interacting with the real world. Check it out.
Jon Snow at a Dinner Party
Ever wondered what would happen if you brought the boy who knows nothing to a dinner party? Wonder no more…
Melisandre at a Baby Shower
Ever wondered what would happen if you brought a baby sacrificing red priest to a baby shower?
Game of Thrones & Coldplay Musical
And finally, have you ever wondered what Sam Tarly looks like singing alongside King Robert and a few bastards?
Wow. I would pay to see that musical. I hope they make it once the TV series has come to an end. Hopefully more amazing videos like this will come out once the new series starts.
Continuing with this weeks Game of Throne theme. The next thing that I found which I found interesting was a lot of different art depicting different perspective of the show we all know and love and I am loving all of this Game of Thrones Fan Art!!!
Some spoilers to follow for those who haven’t yet completely caught up with the series!
The first one is the above image, which are the 8-bit pixel versions of different characters, created by Gleeson. These are so cool and I’m sure, if you are as much as a fan as us that you’ll be able to tell who’s who in this image. See if you can get them all!
Another pixelated version of the characters, however not in 8-bit format created by Boo Studios and selling a variety of different things, here, that you can keep around your home. Theses are more clearer who they are and I love the creativity and effort put into these.
In the build up to the new season to game of thrones we are carrying on with the trend of sharing with you our favourite Game of Thrones related items. This post will be of our favourite map art that we have found from around the net.
This above map is really cool, I like the flat design and the way it is laid out, the colour scheme to this is really fresh too. You can buy this one from here for £14.45.
This one is really interesting, created by J.E. Fullerton, it shows a lot of landmarks that are dotted all around the various kingdoms as well as other key activities that occur. It is quite packed full of items but is still really cool and gives off the middle age vibe that I’m sure the artist was aiming for.
Game of Thrones is coming back! And we are VERY excited. To celebrate the return of Game of Thrones, we will be putting on a series of posts about the popular show. Today, we are starting with Cosplay. Feast your eyes on some of the most wonderful Game of Thrones cosplay around.
